Getting Started
Click the search icon in your navigation bar, or press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere in LumifyHub.
Start typing to search, or browse your recent files without typing anything.
How Search Works
Recent Files: When you first open Command Explorer, you'll see your most recently updated pages. These load instantly since they're already in memory.
Live Search: As you type, Command Explorer searches through:
- Page titles
- Page content
- Project names
Results appear as you type, with the most relevant matches at the top.
Navigating Results
Use your keyboard to move through search results:
- ↑↓ Arrow keys - Move up and down the list
- Enter - Open the selected page
- Escape - Close Command Explorer
You can also click any result with your mouse.
Understanding Results
Each result shows:
- Page icon and title - What type of page it is and its name
- Content preview - A snippet of the page content (when available)
- Project badge - Which workspace the page belongs to
- Page type badge - Whether it's a regular page, database, or board
If a page is in a different workspace than your current one, you'll see its project name highlighted.
Tips
Quick access: Command Explorer works from any page in LumifyHub. You don't need to navigate somewhere special first.
Cross-workspace: Results include pages from all your workspaces. Click any result to jump there, even if it's in a different project.
Mobile friendly: On mobile devices, Command Explorer opens as a bottom sheet that's easy to use with your thumbs.
