Why Use Activity Feed?

• Never miss updates - Get notified when someone mentions you or updates shared work

Getting Started

Look for the bell icon in your workspace toolbar. When you have new activity, you'll see a red number badge showing how many unread updates you have.

Click the bell to see your activity feed.

What Shows Up in Your Feed

Your activity feed includes:

• Page updates - When someone creates, edits, or comments on pages
• Task changes - When tasks are created, assigned, or completed
• Chat mentions - When someone mentions you in team chat
• Project updates - When project status changes or deadlines are set
• Reminders - When scheduled reminders are triggered

Each activity shows who did what and when, with a quick preview of the change.

Reading and Managing Activities

Unread activities have a small blue dot and appear highlighted. Click any activity to:

• Jump directly to that page, task, or chat
• Automatically mark it as read

Mark all as read using the button at the top if you want to clear everything at once.

See older activities by scrolling down - the feed loads more automatically.

Tips

• Check your activity feed regularly to stay updated on team progress
• Click activities to jump straight to relevant work instead of hunting around
• Use "Mark all read" when you've caught up but don't need to visit each item
• The red badge number helps you know when there's something new to check
