Creating Pages
You can create pages anywhere in your workspace. Click the + button next to any page to create a sub-page inside it. This lets you build a hierarchy that matches how you organize your work.
Pro tip: Create a page for each project, then add sub-pages for meeting notes, plans, and resources. Everything stays organized automatically.
Page Types Explained
Regular Pages are perfect for meeting notes, documentation, and any written content. They work like a word processor but with superpowers.
Databases turn your page into a spreadsheet with extra features. Great for tracking contacts, tasks, or any structured information.
Boards give you a kanban view with cards you can drag between columns. Perfect for project management and workflows.
Whiteboards are infinite canvases for diagrams, mind maps, and visual brainstorming.
Organizing Your Work
Favorites let you star important pages for quick access. Click the star icon next to any page title to add it to your favorites section.
Nesting means you can put pages inside other pages. Drag and drop any page to reorganize your structure. This keeps related work together naturally.
Search everything using the search bar at the top. LumifyHub searches inside all your pages to find what you need instantly.
