Views
See your data the way that works best for you.
Views let you look at the same information in different ways. Create multiple views for different purposes.
Table View
Best when you want to:
- See all your data at once
- Edit multiple items quickly
- Compare items side by side
- Sort and scan large lists
Click any cell to edit. Drag columns to reorder. Resize columns by dragging their edges.
Board View
Best when you want to:
- Track progress visually
- Move items through stages
- Focus on what's in each status
- See your workflow at a glance
Drag cards between columns to update their status. Choose which details show on each card.
Filtering
Show only what you need:
- "Status is In Progress"
- "Due date is this week"
- "Assigned to me"
Combine multiple filters to narrow things down.
Sorting
Put items in the order you want:
- Due date (soonest first)
- Priority (highest first)
- Name (A to Z)
Your Preferences
Your filters, sorts, and column widths are saved for each view. Other team members can have their own preferences for the same view.
