Public links let you share your work with people outside your team. Anyone with the link can view your page without signing up or logging in to LumifyHub.

Why Use Public Links?

• Share with clients - Send proposals, reports, or updates without requiring logins
• Collaborate with partners - Work with external contractors or vendors easily
• Create a portfolio - Showcase your work publicly with professional URLs
• Save time - No need to export or copy content to other platforms

Creating a Public Link

1. Open any page you want to share
2. Click the Share button in the top toolbar
3. Click Create Link to generate your public URL
4. Copy the link and share it anywhere

Your page is now viewable by anyone with the link. They'll see a read-only version with your branding.

Custom URLs

Make your links more professional with custom URLs instead of random characters.

Instead of: lumifyhub.com/shared/abc123xyz
Use: lumifyhub.com/shared/yourworkspace/project-proposal

To set up a custom URL:

1. Create a public link first
2. Click Change next to the generated link
3. Enter your preferred URL (like "project-proposal")
4. Click Save

Custom URLs are easier to remember and look more professional when sharing with clients.

Link Settings

Expiration: Set when your link stops working

• Never expires (default)
• 7 days, 30 days, or 1 year

Access Control: Choose who can use your link

• Anyone with the link (default)
• Require email signup for access
• Charge a one-time fee for premium content

Managing Your Links

See all your active public links and who's accessed them:

1. Click the Share button on any shared page
2. View access history and manage settings
3. Disable or delete links when no longer needed

Your shared pages show a "Sign up for LumifyHub" banner to viewers, helping grow your team while showcasing your work.
