Account Settings
Manage your profile, password, and avatar in one place.
Keep your account details up to date and secure. Change your profile information, update your password, and customize your avatar whenever you need to.

Getting Started
Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the menu. You'll see three main sections to manage different parts of your account.
Profile Information
Update your basic details so teammates can find and recognize you.
What you can change:
- First and last name
- Email address
Changes save automatically as you type - no need to click a save button. You'll see a small "saving" indicator when your changes are being updated.
Password Security
Keep your account secure by updating your password regularly.
Password requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- One uppercase letter (A-Z)
- One lowercase letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special character (!@#$%)
Enter your current password, then your new password twice. The system will show you which requirements you've met as you type. Once everything looks good, click "Update Password" to save it.
Profile Avatar
Add a profile photo so teammates can easily recognize you in chats, comments, and shared documents.
Supported formats:
- JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG files
- Maximum 5MB file size
Click "Choose Image" to upload a new photo from your computer. If you already have an avatar and want to remove it, hover over your current photo and click the X button that appears.
Tips
- Use a clear photo - Headshots work better than group photos or images with busy backgrounds
- Update regularly - Keep your email current so you don't miss important notifications
- Strong passwords - Use a password manager to create and remember secure passwords
- Professional image - Your avatar appears in all workspaces, so choose something appropriate for work
